PURCHASE
SHOULD YOU WISH TO RETAIN CHESTERMERE LAW LLP FOR YOUR PURCHASE/SALE or REFINANCE PLEASE:
- 1. For purchase or sale: Advise your realtor (if applicable) that you have chosen us to represent you and provide them with the lawyer's name from our office that will be responsible for your file. If you are unsure which lawyer will be responsible then please give us a call and we will advise accordingly.
- 2. For purchase or sale or refinance: Provide the lawyer's name from our office to your mortgage broker/specialist (if applicable). Your lender will proceed to provide our office with instructions to prepare your file for signature.
- 3. For purchase and refinance: Prior to closing you will be required to provide our office with property insurance showing the property is properly insured as of the closing date. The insurance binder must also show the mortgage company as the first loss payable. For more information please contact our office and we can advise further what is required.
